Ticket Sales Manager

Internships are available to college students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in professional sports. Internships are designed to provide valuable, real-world experience in professional sports. Interns will work closely with experienced industry professionals, receive mentorship, build their professional network, and may earn college internship credit if approved by their academic institution. Merchandise Sales
Assist with the sale, display, inventory, and promotion of official Athens Crush merchandise at games, community events, and online fulfillment. This hands-on position provides valuable experience in retail operations, inventory management, customer service, and sports marketing while creating an outstanding fan shopping experience. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and passionate about sports and customer engagement.
Game Day Operations
Be part of the team that brings game day to life by assisting with all operational aspects of home games. Interns may serve in roles such as chain crew, red cap, ball boy, clock operator, field setup, team liaison, and other on-field or behind-the-scenes responsibilities that ensure a smooth and professional game-day experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the operational side of professional sports.
Football Operations
Work alongside the coaching staff and football operations department to support all aspects of the team’s football activities. Responsibilities include assisting with player tryout camps, training camp, practices, equipment organization, game-day operations, and other football-related duties. This internship is ideal for students pursuing careers in coaching, scouting, player personnel, or sports management.
Ticketing
Support the team’s ticket sales and service efforts by assisting with season ticket campaigns, group sales initiatives, fan communications, database management, and game-day ticket operations. This internship offers firsthand experience in revenue generation and customer relationship management within professional sports.
Marketing, Promotions & Community Relations
Help build excitement for the Athens Crush through community outreach, promotional events, social media, and fan engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with player appearances, grassroots marketing campaigns, game-day promotions, and community partnerships. Ideal for students interested in sports marketing, communications, or public relations.
Corporate Sales & Sponsorship Fulfillment
Assist in delivering an outstanding experience for the team’s corporate partners by helping execute sponsorship agreements, coordinating in-game promotions, managing sponsor assets, and ensuring all partnership benefits are fulfilled. This internship provides valuable experience in sports sales, client service, and event activation.
